When you sign-up and subscribe the default for subscriptions is auto-renew. This means you will be charged again when your subscription expires. If this isn’t something you want then make sure you switch off auto-renewal. You can do this straight away after subscribing so you don’t forget and, of course, it won’t impact on the duration you have already paid for.
If you don’t want auto-renew then:-
i) After log-in at the top of the members, home page click on ‘My Account’
ii) Select ‘Billing History and Credit Card info’
iii) You will see ‘Product Status’ shown as “On” this means auto-renew is on.
iv) Click the off option for ‘Product Status’ and auto-renewal has now been switched off.
